One to One Self-Belief Coaching for Teens

The 6 week coaching experience for teens, taking them from self doubt to confident and ready to go for their goals.

➼ Does your child struggle with self-confidence and rely on what their peers think of them too much?

➼ Do you find your teen spending a lot of time on their phone, seeking validation from social media likes and comments?

➼ Does school overwhelm them and make them worry they’re on the brink of failure or ‘ruining’ their future?

If this sounds like your teen, the good news is… you’re in the right place

Self-Belief Coaching for Teens is a transformative process that will take your teen from looking outside of themselves for answers to trusting their own inner guide so that they can take brave action with their big goals and dreams - in just 4 stages.

  • STAGE 1: SUPPORT

Provides your teen with support so they can explore doubts and fears with an experienced, qualified and trauma informed coach with over 20 years experience working with young people

  • STAGE 2: STRATEGISE

Equips your teen with evidence-based tools and approaches to understand the root causes of their self-doubt and rewrite new narratives that serve them better

  • STAGE 3: EMPOWER

Empowers your teen to take action with their stretchy goals

  • STAGE 4: SELF-DISCOVERY

Enables your teen to embark on their life-long journey of self-development so that they start to develop an awareness of how their thoughts work

Your teen support packages starts with a 6-week programme

6 Week Package:

  • 6 x 45 minute weekly coaching calls

  • Detailed and supportive material to reiterate learnings outside of calls

  • 1 check-in call with me after session 3

Your investment:

  • One payment - £600

  • 2 x monthly payments - £300

In these sessions your teen will experience:

  • How to recognise their self-doubt:

Your teen will learn how to recognise the voice of their self-doubt when it shows up in their head. More than that, they learn how to befriend it and soothe it when it gets activated so that it does not prevent them from going for their goals

  • How to build self-esteem:

Your teen will learn evidence-based tools and approaches to build their self-esteem so that they start to see their true worth and value, enabling them to go for that audition, try out for that sports team, wear that dress the love for prom, build friendships with people who love their company

  • How to nurture self-trust:

Your teen will start to build a deep trust in their instincts. Self-Belief coaching teaches them to recognise the voice of their intuition so that they begin to make better choices with their values at the centre, whilst also being able to face up to and learn from the mistakes they will inevitably make during this phase of their development

  • How to take bold leaps:

Your teen will set goals and learn how to break them down into manageable steps. They will be challenged to take this action, and be supported every step of the way, whether it is going for specific grades in their GCSEs or applying for university or jobs that make them feel excited.

  • How to stay savvy on social:

Practical tips and strategies to help your teen cultivate a healthy relationship with social media, enabling them to unhook themselves from seeking validation, and take time away from scrolling

  • How to keep engaged:

Practical tips and strategies to help your kid stay content and motivated at school, even when feeling overwhelmed and under pressure. Your teen will learn simple but effective study skills to keep them on track, as well as strategies to manage their time effectively so that they can maintain a healthy school/social life balance

  • How to manage big emotions:

Develop an emotional literacy so that they can identify their emotions when they occur, and learn how to process them.

  • How to recognise their needs:

Your teen will learn how to advocate for themselves and feel more confident about asking for what they need

  • How to look after themselves:

Your teen will learn how to create a ‘wellness toolkit’ of all the things that make themselves feel better so that they can always take care of themselves when things start to feel too much
