Now that we have nailed all things revision and strategy, it’s time to look at the mindset. Self-doubt always shows up when we are about to do something that we really care about. The bad news is-it is never going away. The good news is that there are so many evidence-based tools that can be learnt and practised to help manage it, preventing it from standing in the way of getting the results they want and deserve. This week we will be identifying their self-doubt triggers and all the ways they can work through them.
